Bracknell Town

Zaki Oualah signed as goalkeeper in October 2025 after leaving AFC Wimbledon, joining a squad that had just added a second Berks & Bucks Senior Cup in three years to the cabinet, won in 2025 having also lifted it in 2023. Cup football has been where Bracknell Town have made their name lately rather than any single title run: the Hellenic League Challenge Cup in 2017 and 2018, the Reading Senior Cup and the Berks & Bucks County Senior Trophy both in 2017.

The club started out in 1896 as Old Bracknell Wanderers, became Bracknell F.C. in 1949 and took the name Bracknell Town, The Robins, in 1962. League championships have come in short bursts rather than in numbers: the Ascot & District League in 1912 and 1933, its second division in 1914, the Surrey Senior League in 1970, the Spartan League's senior and premier divisions either side of 1981 and 1983, and the Isthmian League's Division Three in 1994. The most recent, the South Central Division, arrived in 2022, the season after the club left the ground it had known since 1933.

Larges Lane carried a clubhouse opened by Stanley Rous and a 3G surface laid in 2016, but the land was sold for housing and Bracknell Town played their final season there in 2020–21. James Woodcock's appearance record and Justin Day's goal tally both belong to those years. The move that followed took the club out of Bracknell itself, to Bottom Meadow in neighbouring Sandhurst, a ground holding under 2,000 where the derby with Binfield still draws the sharpest crowd of the season.
