Ceuta 6 de Junio have won the Regional Preferente of Ceuta four times: in 2021–22, 2022–23 and 2023–24, then again in 2025–26 after a season away from the top. Each title has brought the same reward and the same limit. The winners go into the preliminary rounds of the Copa del Rey, and none of the four has taken the club into the main draw.

The closest they came was in 2024–25, the first season under Alberto Jesús García. Against UD San Pedro they fell 2–0 behind, found a way back into it and levelled at 2–2. San Pedro then won 4–2.

Another final ended in defeat in November 2023, when Ceuta 6 de Junio reached the last game of the Copa RFFCE de Regional Preferente, the Autonomous Cup. CD Príncipe Alfonso beat them there. Príncipe Alfonso are one of their local rivals, along with AD Ceuta and Bahía de Ceuta, so the setback came against a neighbour.

Winning the league has not been enough to move up. Promotion has been complicated by the status of AD Ceuta FC B, and the club stays at regional level however often it finishes first. The results come at the Estadio José Martínez Pirri, which holds 1,500, in white shirts with black sleeves, black shorts and black socks. The president is Karima Al Lal Maateis, and Yussuf Ali was in charge for the first of the four titles.
