Dagenham & Redbridge

Victoria Road holds just over 6,000 people, and for years it has carried a sponsor's name rather than its own. The ground has watched the team through a near-fatal stretch: in 2017–18 Dagenham & Redbridge ran into a financial crisis that pushed the club to the edge of extinction, and it took Trinity Sports Holdings taking over in September 2018 to keep it going.

The club itself is a merger product. It formed in 1992 when Dagenham F.C. joined with Redbridge Forest, a side that had itself been stitched together in 1981 from three old amateur names — Ilford, Leytonstone and Walthamstow Avenue, the last of these dating back to 1881. The new club simply took Redbridge Forest's spot in the Football Conference and kept going under the name The Daggers, in red and blue stripes.

Their best season came in 2006–07, when they won the Conference National and climbed into the Football League for the first time. Getting there and staying there proved different things: the club has since dropped back out, relegated to the National League South at the end of 2024–25, with Lee Bradbury brought in as manager that June to start pulling them back up.

Matches against Leyton Orient carry the weight of the East London derby. The ground they play in in front of holds 6,078.
