Jeunesse Biwer sit in the lower reaches of Luxembourgish football.
The club was admitted to the Luxembourg Football Federation on 19 March 1939, the same day it was founded, and has carried the colours green and white ever since. Two Second Division titles, in 1995 and 2005, sit at the top of the honours list.
In the 1975–76 Coupe de Luxembourg, Jeunesse Biwer knocked out CS Fola Esch, a top-tier club, 2–1 on the way to the quarter-finals. The federation gave the club the Challenge du Républicain that year, an award for the lower-division side that goes furthest in the cup, along with the Challenge du Fair Play.
Home games are played at the Centre Sportif Fancy, a ground that holds around 800, with 200 of those seated. The club has no fixed rival, though cup draws have sent it against neighbouring eastern clubs such as Berdenia Berbourg and Koeppchen Wormeldange.
