Lask Juniors Linz

In the 2012/13 season, a team playing in Austria's third tier lifted the ÖFB-Cup — FC Pasching, the first club at that level in the country's history to do so. The name barely survives on a team sheet today: it was absorbed, split and rebuilt more than once before settling into what plays now as LASK Amateure OÖ.

Pasching itself had only existed since 2007, formed when ASKÖ Pasching relocated to the town. In 2014 it entered a playing partnership with LASK's reserve side from Linz, SPG FC Pasching/LASK Juniors, and that combined team won the 2. Liga in 2017/18. The arrangement broke up in 2018 — FC Juniors OÖ carried on alone, LASK's second team went back to playing under its own name — before the whole structure was revived in 2022 as LASK Amateure OÖ, competing in the Regionalliga Nord.

Home games are played at the Waldstadion, also known as the TGW Arena, a 7,870-seat ground in Pasching. The team wears LASK's black and white and has never had a crest of its own, fielding the parent club's badge instead. Its nearest rival is Ried's reserve side, and the fixture between them is known as the small Upper Austria derby.

Before any of the mergers, LASK's own second team had already won the Regionalliga West in 1999/2000 and the OÖ-Landesliga twice, in 2000/01 and 2002/03. Gernot Trauner played there in 2010/11, before moving on to become vice-captain of Feyenoord and an Austria international.
