Fixtures against Lokomotiva Brno and SK Sigma Olomouc carry the label "Moravian derby" in the Czech Women's First League.
The current club dates itself to 2006, when 1. FC Slovácko took over DFC Compex Otrokovice, a women's side that had been playing since 1992. The badge and the yellow-and-blue identity carried over from the men's team in Uherské Hradiště, whose Městský fotbalový stadion Miroslava Valenty the women's side also uses.
Slovácko has never lifted the league title. What it has done, season after season, is finish third: fifteen times between 2006/07 and 2024/25. The Czech Cup has gone the same way — runners-up in 2008/09, 2017/18 and 2023/24, champions in none of them.
Three qualifying campaigns in the UEFA Women's Champions League, in 2021/22, 2022/23 and 2023/24, produced one win: 3-0 against FC Okzhetpes in the last of those seasons, the club's first victory in European competition. Kamila Dubcová, voted Czech Footballer of the Year in 2024, came through the same set-up.
Fifteen third-place finishes, no titles.
