Stupčanica Olovo

Football in Olovo did not begin with Stupčanica . It began with a side called Bor , put together in 1924 by people in a small town in what is now the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

For most of the century since, the football stayed local. The reference points in the record are cantonal: Olovo took the Zenica-Doboj cantonal league in 2010/11, then again in 2018/19.

In 2021/22 the club won the Second League of the Federation, Centre group, and went up.

The cup has been less generous. In 2024/25 Stupčanica reached the first round of the Bosnian Cup and drew Čelik, and lost 2-1.

Home is the Danac Stadium, known around the town simply as the Gradski stadion — the town ground — and it holds 1,500. That figure means something different in Olovo than it would elsewhere: the ground is sized for it.
