Kalevi Keskstaadion holds about 12,000 people, and the stadium belongs to the city's older football landscape, not to the university, which is why a club representing Tallinn University of Technology ended up there rather than on a campus pitch of its own.

The club carries the university's name and its blue and white, run under the TalTech Sports Club rather than as a separate institution with its own site. It sits in the lower reaches of Estonian football, in the III and IV liiga. Alo Bärengrub has featured among the more experienced names to turn out for the side at that level.

The Estonian Cup has been unkind to them lately: a 1-7 defeat to Viimsi JK in the second round in July 2025, then a 0-6 loss to Keila JK at the same stage a year later. TalTech have not taken a national title to set against them.
