The ground on Langmarksvej has changed its name four times since it reopened. Before that it was Horsens Idrætspark , opened in June 1929 and holding around five thousand.
What forced the rebuild was promotion. The architects at 3XN drew the replacement; it cost 125 million Danish kroner and was handed over in early 2009, with matches played on a temporary surface from August 2007 while the work went on.
The stands were built with more than football in mind. Between 2015 and 2018 the pitch was given over each year to the Speedway Grand Prix of Denmark , won by Peter Kildemand, then twice by Maciej Janowski, then by Tai Woffinden.
