Hong Kong Women in United Arab Emirates 2022/23

Hong Kong Women in United Arab Emirates is a bilateral cricket touring series, not a permanent league or tournament with a fixed founding date or structural pyramid. It is an international fixture rather than a domestic league, meaning there is no promotion or relegation associated with the competition. The series is organized by the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) and Cricket Hong Kong, China, under the sanction of the International Cricket Council (ICC).

The first official bilateral series between the Hong Kong Women's national team and the United Arab Emirates Women's national team took place in April 2022. Hosted in the UAE, the event was officially titled the SkyExchange.net Women's T20i Bilateral Series. It consisted of four Women's Twenty20 Internationals (WT20Is) played at the Malek Cricket Ground in Ajman. The format is a straight bilateral fixture without group stages or playoffs. The United Arab Emirates Women won the series 4-0.

Prior to this arrangement, the two teams had only met in multi-team tournaments, such as the ICC Women's T20 World Cup Asia Region Qualifiers in 2017, 2019, and 2021. The domestic structures differ significantly: Hong Kong features the Women's Premier League with franchise teams, while the UAE uses representative emirate-based teams. The series serves primarily as preparation for ICC qualifiers and tournaments.
