The Hong Kong Women's All Stars T20 Series is the premier domestic Twenty20 competition for female cricketers in the territory. Organised by Cricket Hong Kong, China (CHK), the tournament serves as a high-performance developmental platform. It bridges the gap between club cricket and international Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) for players aiming for the national side. The series features two representative franchise teams: Jade Jets Women and Bauhinia Stars Women. These squads are composed of the territory's best players, selected from the broader domestic club pool, rather than being traditional club teams. The competition sits at the top tier of the domestic women's pyramid in Hong Kong, distinct from lower-tier club leagues like the Women's T10 Cup. The format typically consists of a short head-to-head series, usually involving three matches played in a round-robin or straight knockout style between the two teams. Jade Jets Women have been the dominant force in the competition's history, winning the inaugural 2023/24 series and the 2021 T20 league iteration. The tournament is not a charity event but a competitive fixture used for national team preparation. Sponsorship has included DLA Piper, which branded the inaugural edition. The competition is distinct from the Hong Kong Cricket Sixes, which is a separate annual event featuring international stars. It operates separately from the men's equivalent CHK Sky Warriors Men’s All Stars T20 Series. This structure ensures focused development for the women's game without merging resources with the male counterpart. The initiative aims to elevate the standard of play through regular high-intensity matches against a consistent rival. By concentrating talent into two centralised squads, the competition provides players with opportunities they might not access in the fragmented club system.
