Italy Women won the tournament undefeated, winning all five of their group matches and the final against Sweden Women by 7 wickets.

Sweden Women finished as runners-up, and Malta Women took third place. The series appears to be a one-off developmental event rather than a recurring annual competition, with no previous editions found in records prior to 2024. This tri-series serves as a platform for lower-ranked European nations to gain competitive experience and ranking points, distinct from the higher-stakes ICC qualifiers or matches against stronger Associate nations.
