Zimbabwe Cricket Women's 1-Day Cup is the premier List A competition for women in Zimbabwe. Organized by Zimbabwe Cricket, it serves as the female equivalent of the men's Pro50 Championship. The tournament was inaugurated in the 2020–21 season, marking the first domestic women's competition in the country since 2008–09.
Four provincial franchises compete: Eagles Women, Mountaineers Women, Rhinos Women, and Tuskers Women. The structure is a double round-robin league. Each team plays every other team twice, totaling 12 matches per season. The champion is determined by the points table, with Net Run Rate used as a tiebreaker. There is no final match in the current structure, although early editions in 2020–21 included a final. There is no promotion or relegation, as the four teams are permanent fixtures.
Eagles Women are the most successful team, having won the title in 2020–21, 2021–22, 2022–23, and 2024. Mountaineers Women won the inaugural 2020–21 edition. The competition differs from the men's Pro50 Championship in scale and professional status. The men's game involves five or six teams, allows foreign players, and receives significantly higher direct funding and professional infrastructure support. The women's competition is restricted to local provincial players and functions primarily as a developmental platform, although Zimbabwe Cricket has introduced central contracts for national players.
Historically, the men's equivalent was the Faithwear Clothing Inter-Provincial One-Day Competition (2007–2009), won by Easterns, but the women's tournament is a distinct, newer entity established under the franchise model.
