About the player
Maycee Bell made her name at Chapel Hill before she made it in the NWSL.
Bell made eight league appearances for Gotham FC, scoring once, before a trade sent her to the North Carolina Courage in August 2024. She made her Courage debut that September, and by the end of 2025 she had made more than 26 league appearances for the club, and in December she signed a multi-year contract extension to stay.
Internationally, Bell's path has so far run through the youth ranks. She was capped twice for the United States' under-19 side in 2017 and 2018, then moved up to the under-20 team, where she played eight times and scored once between 2018 and 2020. That U-20 side won the CONCACAF championship in 2019, with Bell part of the squad.
