Santiago Dalmasso

Santiago Dalmasso joined Boca Juniors' academy in 2018 after responding to a Facebook post announcing trials, a route into the club that shaped his entire development. He rose through the youth ranks and made his reserve team debut in early 2022, before becoming part of the Boca Juniors squad that reached the final of the Copa Libertadores Sub-20, scoring against Aucas along the way. He signed his first professional contract in May 2024, initially running to December 2028 and later extended to 2029.

His first-team debut came on 17 July 2024, in a Copa Sudamericana playoff against Independiente del Valle, when he came on as a substitute in a goalless draw. Across 2024 and 2025 he made three appearances for Boca's first team under coaches Diego Martínez and Mariano Herrón, totalling around 20 minutes on the pitch. In 2025 he wore the captain's armband and scored eight goals, helping the team win the Torneo Clausura de Proyección and the Trofeo de Campeones de la Reserva, starting in the final against Vélez Sarsfield, which Boca won 2–0.

On 19 January 2026, Dalmasso moved to Platense on a free loan with no purchase option, running until the end of that year. He completed the move on 21 January and made his debut for the club two days later, against Unión de Santa Fe.

His international experience so far is limited to youth level, including that run to the Copa Libertadores Sub-20 final.
