The Brecks played at Eclipse Park until fire took it in November 1922, moved to Parkway Field for their final season, and folded after 1923.
Managed by Bill Harley and based out of Chicago rather than Kentucky, the Colonels never played a single game in Louisville. All four of their fixtures that season were on the road, against the Canton Bulldogs, the Detroit Panthers, the Chicago Bears and the Green Bay Packers.
The Colonels lost all four, conceding to Canton, then being run ragged by Detroit and Chicago before a final defeat to Green Bay.
