Eidsvold TF

Every meeting with Ull/Kisa is billed locally as the derby on Øvre Romerike, the one fixture in the calendar that outweighs whatever division either side happens to occupy that season. It is the constant in a club history that otherwise runs on relegation and promotion: Eidsvold TF has bounced between the 2. divisjon and the 3. divisjon for decades, going up in 2012, 2016 and 2019 and coming back down in 2015 and 2022.

The closest the club came to something higher was 1974, when it finished second in the 2. divisjon and went into a promotion play-off against Fredrikstad FK. Fourth-place finishes followed in 1972, 1973, 2006/2007 and 2024, but nothing beyond that; Eidsvold TF has never taken a national title or cup.

The cup has occasionally given the club its moment anyway. In 1961 it beat Frigg Oslo FK 2–0, a result still cited as the club's signature upset. More recently, in 2024, Eidsvold TF drew Mjøndalen IF, then playing in the Eliteserien, in the first round of the Norwegian Cup and won 1–0 before Sandnes Ulf ended the run. It is the kind of result a lower-division side gets to have once a generation.

Matches are played at Myhrer Stadion, in the club's possession since 1916 and rebuilt more than once since — stands went up in 1969, the war-damaged ground reopened in 1950, artificial turf arrived in 2003. Around 3,000 can fit in.

The football side of Eidsvold Turnforening was formed on 29 April 1910 as Eidsvold IL, taking the name Eidsvold TF two years later. It began, as the derby with Ull/Kisa still frames it today, as one more club on Øvre Romerike with a rival across the fixture list.
