Parceiro Nagano Women

Nagano U Stadium, also known as Minami Nagano Sports Park Stadium, is where Parceiro Nagano have played their part of a shared identity with the men's club.

The team started life in 2000 as Ohara Gakuen JaSRA Ladies SC, a name with no trace of Nagano in it. That changed in 2009, when AC Nagano Parceiro, the men's side, took the women's team under its wing, and by 2010 it had been renamed AC Nagano Parceiro Ladies. The early years under the old name were not wasted: the club won the Tōkai Women's Soccer League in 2001 and 2002.

Promotion came later and by a different route. In 2015, Parceiro won the Nadeshiko League Division 2 title, a result that lifted them into the top flight. In the Empress's Cup they have reached the quarter-finals on several occasions — 2006, 2007, then again in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 — without ever pushing further.

Kumi Yokoyama came through the club across two spells, 2014 to 2017 and then 2018 to 2019, and left having earned 43 caps for Japan and a place at the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup. The WE League title and the Empress's Cup itself remain outside their reach.
