Rajshahi Women

Ten matches, ten wins, 90 goals scored and none conceded. That was the whole of Rajshahi Stars FC's first season in the Bangladesh Women's Football League, and it ended with the title.

The club had existed for barely a year by then. RSFC went into the 2025–26 competition as a newcomer.

Squad-building reached beyond Bangladesh. Two Nepalese players, Bimala BK and Dipa Shahi, came in as the club's foreign contingent, and Mahmuda Sharifa Oditi took charge of the side that went through the league unbeaten.

The title carried Rajshahi into the preliminary stage of the 2026–27 AFC Women's Champions League and into the 2026 SAFF Women's Club Championship — a step up in standard for a squad that has never faced a competitive opponent from outside its own country.

Home, for the moment, is not home. The club plays at the BSSS Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalapur, Dhaka, some distance from the city whose name it carries, on a ground that holds 25,000.
