Christer Berg lifted the Vaahteramalja with Turku in 2003.
The women's side has had no such trouble. Since 2018 they have taken the Women's Maple Bowl five times, including a run of three straight from 2021 to 2023.
Home fixtures are played in front of a crowd capped at 730, seated and standing combined, at the upper field of the Turku Sports Park.
Founded in February 1982, the Trojans now go into each season measured against the record their own women's team has just set: a fourth title in six years would put them clear of anything the club has done before, on either side of the ball.
