The Helsingborg Arena sits apart from the football ground. The two are separate projects.

The indoor arena opened in 2012 after construction that began in 2010. It was financed by the Henry and Gerda Dunker Foundation and is owned by the municipal company Kärnfastigheter. The design came from the architects Sweco. The arena is built for indoor sport.

The main hall, Arenahallen, holds 5,000 for handball and 5,500 for concerts. The arena has hosted major international events, including the 2016 Women's European Handball Championship and the 2023 IHF Women's World Handball Championship group stage. It also took the 'Andra Chansen' round of the Melodifestivalen in 2015, along with a Fed Cup play-off between Sweden and Switzerland. Regular tenants are the handball club OV Helsingborg HK and the floorball team FC Helsingborg.
