Inside, the floor is artificial, a polyurethane surface laid out for a playing area of 20 by 40 meters. The seating is functional, arranged to keep spectators close to the action without the echo chamber of a larger venue. VK Dukla Liberec has been based here since 1969, a decade before the hall officially opened in the early 1980s.

It is not a destination for international events; no attendance records or major tournaments are documented for this specific hall. The crowd here does not come for history, but for the local competition.
