The Pilot Field

The Pilot Field sits on the slope above Hastings, where the town climbs into the downs. A floodlight pylon stands at each corner, casting long shadows across the surface.

The Cole Warren Stand, built more recently, offers covered seating and accessibility. The surface is natural grass, which requires significant upkeep during the summer months. The attendance record was set in 1953, when a crowd of over 12,000 watched an FA Cup draw against Norwich City.
