Bibiani Goldstars took a late winner at Dreams in the Premier League, ending 2:3 on Sunday. Both sides remain winless in the new season, but the away side completed a comeback after playing much of the second half with ten men.
It was not a clean affair. Dreams took the lead through A. Razak Salifu in the sixth minute, then saw Y. Guede sent off for a second booking at 31 minutes. That left Bibiani chasing the game with a man down, and they did not travel to make up the numbers.
By then the visitors had given nothing away in terms of shape. M. Nkoah levelled at 69 minutes, M. Shaban put them ahead at 73, and Dreams pulled one back in the 81st minute. Bibiani held firm and then ended a barren spell with a goal in stoppage time, 90+3.
There were cards to mark the frustration. Yellow cards came at 12, 26, 34, 77 and 82 minutes, with Guede's second booking at 31 bringing the red. E. Agyemang was on for Dreams in the 62nd minute, but the substitution did not change the pattern of the game.
The result leaves Dreams in 17th place after a single match, while Bibiani sit 18th following two defeats. Neither side has taken a point yet, and this was the first time either had tasted victory in 2026.
