Havertz Strikes as Arsenal Draw Level with Chelsea

Kai Havertz cancelled out Morgan Rogers' opener to leave the London derby level at 1-1 after 25 minutes.

Arsenal thought they had drawn level soon after when Riccardo Calafiori scored on 12 minutes, but the goal was chalked off for offside following a VAR review.

Havertz did not have to wait long to get his side back on terms. On 25 minutes he took the ball on the edge of the box, drove infield and finished low into the near corner, with Declan Rice supplying the assist. Havertz has 38 goals for Arsenal since switching from Chelsea in August 2023.

Rogers arrived at Chelsea only last month and already has two goals to his name in west London colours.
