Lamine Yamal has become the most productive teenager in Champions League history. The Barcelona winger set up Raphinha's opener after three minutes as Barcelona beat Feyenoord 1-0 in their opening league-phase fixture, taking his tournament tally to 21 goal involvements.

That mark takes him past Kylian Mbappe's previous record of 20 goal involvements (goal-plus-assist) among players aged 19 or under. Yamal, 19, has now scored 11 goals and provided 10 assists in the competition.

The assist also extended a run of form in all competitions. The Right Winger, at Barcelona since August 2023 and with 46 goals for the club, has now recorded a goal involvement in three straight matches, having scored twice in each of Barcelona's La Liga wins over Rayo Vallecano (5-2) and Valencia (5-0).
