Zidane's Wild Celebration as Olise Sinks Belgium

Michael Olise scored in the 88th minute in Brussels on Monday to give Zinedine Zidane's France a 0-1 win over Belgium, and the celebration that followed was the story as much as the goal. Zidane sprinted down the touchline, booted a spare ball off its cone in delight, and the clip went viral within hours.

It was Zidane's second match in charge and his second win. France beat Turkey 1-0 in the Nations League on Friday, then followed it with the same score-line against Belgium three days later. Olise picked the ball up in his own half, drove forward and finished calmly past Senne Lammens.

He was equally pleased with the performance as a whole.

Zidane singled out Olise's contribution and praised the debut of Lucas da Cunha, the Central Midfield player winning his first France cap.

Belgium's squad for the game included forwards Dodi Lukebakio and Mika Marcel Godts, both with the national side since earlier this year. France face Italy on Friday, then meet Belgium again three days after that.
