About the player
Adam Ståhl made his senior debut at Norrby IF, where he spent four seasons and made 89 appearances. A move abroad followed in January 2018, when he joined Kardemir Karabükspor in Turkey, before returning to Sweden the same year with Dalkurd FF.
His career gathered pace at IK Sirius, where he signed in January 2019 and went on to make 59 appearances over three seasons. He then joined Mjällby AIF in 2022, staying three years and making 70 appearances, with six goals. In July 2024 he signed for Djurgårdens IF on a deal running to 2027, passing 49 appearances for the club.
Eligible through his background, Ståhl chose to represent Finland at international level. He earned his first cap on 7 September 2024, starting in a UEFA Nations League match against Greece. He has since been capped seven times for the national team.
