Baihelama Abuduwaili

Baihelama Abuduwaili made his senior debut for Shandong Taishan in April 2022, in an AFC Champions League match against Lion City Sailors, having joined the club's academy the previous October. Rather than settling into the first team straight away, he spent the following two seasons out on loan, first at Jinan Xingzhou, where he made 12 appearances in China League One, then at Sichuan Jiuniu, where he continued his development in the same division.

The move that changed his career came in February 2024, when Shenzhen Peng City signed him permanently from Shandong Taishan for 4 million RMB. He became a regular fixture there, making 58 appearances and scoring seven goals over two seasons. That run of form led to interest from Chengdu Rongcheng, who signed him in February 2026 on a three-year deal, in a transfer worth 7 million RMB in total, including performance-related bonuses on top of the base fee.

Abuduwaili has also broken into the senior national team. He was capped for China for the first time on 6 June 2024, against Thailand in a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier, and scored his first international goal that October, in a 2-1 win over Indonesia in Qingdao. He had earned 12 caps and one goal for the senior side, alongside appearances for the under-20 and under-23 sides earlier in his career.
