About the player
Bryan Javier Caicedo Jurado came through the youth ranks at Barcelona SC in Guayaquil, the club that gave him his professional debut at 18. He left for a loan spell at Macará before returning to Barcelona SC as a free agent.
Loja's Libertad first signed him as a free agent in February 2024. He left again the following January, once more for Macará, before a second free-transfer move brought him back to Libertad in January 2026 on a contract running to the end of 2027.
Caicedo has not been called up to any Ecuador national team, senior or youth. His career has been built at club level, moving between Barcelona SC, Macará and Libertad — every switch on his record has come as a free agent.
