About the player
Six goals in 38 matches of the Serbian First League last season was the most productive run of Darko Stojanović 's career so far — and it came on loan, at a club he had already spent a season with. Tekstilac Odžaci took the left-footed midfielder from Vranje twice: first in August 2023, straight after his move to IMT Novi Beograd , and again in July 2025 for the 2025/26 campaign.
The path there ran through Partizan . Stojanović left Dubočica in February 2020 for the Belgrade academy and stayed until August 2021. He left for Radnički Pirot instead, and it was there that he made his senior debut. A year and a half later, in February 2023, IMT Novi Beograd signed him.
What followed was three seasons on the move.
The break came in July 2026, when he left IMT on a free transfer and signed for Radnik Surdulica until 30 June 2029. It is the longest commitment of his career to date and the first move since 2023 that was not a loan.
