David Jokić

The step up came in the autumn of 2025. David Djokić, still registered with the Mladost Lučani under-19s, was handed his senior debut during the 2025/2026 season, with appearances logged in October and November. Some databases record his formal promotion out of the youth squad only on 1 January 2026 — by then he had already been playing.

Most of that first season came from the bench. Soccerbase lists 15 appearances, five of them starts and ten as a substitute; Mackolik counts eight in the league and a further six in the relegation round. He has yet to score in senior league football.

The route to Lučani ran through Ivanjica. Djokić came up at Javor-Matis, in their under-15 side, before joining Mladost's academy in September 2023. From there he worked through the U15, U17 and U19 age groups — no fee attached to any of the moves, which were internal promotions or free youth transfers.

Serbia have called on him at under-17 level, where he featured in qualifying for the UEFA European Under-17 Championship. He has not been involved with the senior national side.

Left-footed, he carries no individual awards or team honours at this point in his career.
