About the player
David Ludvíček spent much of his youth inside Prague's academy system rather than working his way there from the margins.
That loan came at Varnsdorf in the 2022/23 season, where Ludvíček played 27 matches and scored once — the kind of regular football his years in Prague's youth ranks had not offered him.
That breakthrough proved brief. In the summer of 2025, on 1 July, Ludvíček left Dukla for Hradec Králové, in a transfer reported at around seven million Czech koruna.
He has not yet won a trophy in his career, and no call-ups to Czech youth international sides are on record.
