Florian Flick

Florian Flick started out at SV Gammelsbach before moves to VfB Eberbach and JSF Hetzbach/Günterfürst as a boy. He returned to his home city in 2014, joining SV Waldhof Mannheim's academy, and turned professional there in 2018. Two seasons and 16 appearances later, he left on a free transfer to FC Schalke 04's second team.

At Schalke, Flick worked his way into the first team, making his Bundesliga debut against Hoffenheim on 8 May 2021. The following season he became a regular, making 27 league appearances as the club won the 2. Bundesliga title and returned to the top flight. His performances also earned him a call-up to the Germany under-21 side, for whom he played once, against Poland, in June 2022.

In 2023, Flick moved on to 1. FC Nürnberg, first on loan before the switch was made permanent that August. He spent two seasons in Franconia before joining Eintracht Braunschweig in September 2025, initially on a loan deal that included an obligation to buy for €250,000. That obligation was triggered early, and Flick signed a permanent contract with the club on 4 December 2025, running until the middle of 2028.

Flick has moved up a level with each transfer from Waldhof Mannheim to Schalke to Nürnberg and now Braunschweig.
