Güvenç Usta

Eleven goals in 27 league matches is a striking return, and that is what Güvenç Usta produced on loan at Balıkesirspor in the TFF 3. Lig during the 2024/25 season. He added eight assists across all competitions and finished among the club's leading scorers.

The Istanbul-born midfielder came through Kartal Sportif Faaliyetleri A.Ş. between 2014 and 2018, then moved to the Çaykur Rizespor academy in August 2018. He signed professional terms with Rizespor three years later, in August 2021. Instead came loans: Pazarspor for 2022/23, then the spell at Balıkesirspor.

Turkey called him up at U15 level in May 2019, when he played against Switzerland U15, and he was named in the candidate squad for the U18 side in September 2021. He has not appeared for the senior national team.

In September 2025 Usta left Rizespor on a free transfer and joined Van BB on a deal running until June 2027. The first season there has been a limited one so far: six appearances, five in the 1. Lig and one in the Turkish Cup, for a total of 247 minutes. In that time he has scored once and set up two more. His market value peaked at roughly €408,800 in August 2025, shortly before the move. No individual awards or team titles are recorded against his name.
