About the player
Harry Anderson spent October 2025 doing what few players manage even once: he scored a hat-trick, his first as a professional, in a 3–1 win over Harrogate Town on 18 October 2025. It came as part of a run of five goals in four matches that earned him the EFL League Two Player of the Month award.
That pattern was set early. At Peterborough United he was named Young Player of the Year in 2014–15 before going out on loan three times, to Braintree Town, St Albans City and twice to Lincoln City, picking up a Player of the Month award at St Albans along the way.
Colchester made the move permanent that June, handing him a two-year contract, and it is there that his October 2025 form arrived. He has not yet earned a senior England cap.
