About the player
Julian Lægreid started out at Jotun in Øvre Årdal. At fifteen he was sent out to Årdal FK in Norway's fourth division and scored 11 goals in 16 matches. Brann signed him to a professional contract that December, tying him to the club through the end of 2025.
Brann loaned him back to Årdal for the first half of 2023, where he scored five goals in seven appearances. He then spent two seasons with the reserve side, Brann 2, in the PostNord-ligaen.
His first-team debut came in April 2025, in a 2-0 Norwegian Cup win over Bjarg. He went on to become a regular part of Brann's Eliteserien squad, and on 6 November 2025 he made his continental debut, appearing in a Europa League match against Bologna.
In March 2026, Brann sent him out on loan again to Moss FK for the remainder of the season.
