About the player
Ørsahl came through Molde's youth academy and made his senior debut for the club in a Norwegian Cup tie in May 2017, but the following years were shaped more by loans and reserve football than by a foothold in the first team. Between 2017 and 2021 he was mostly deployed for Molde 2, racking up 50 appearances there, and in 2020 he was sent out on loan twice: first to Notodden, where he scored three goals in eight games, and then to Raufoss, where an injury meant he never got onto the pitch at all.
That Raufoss loan proved to be a preview. When Molde let him go on a free transfer at the end of 2021, Ørsahl signed permanently for Raufoss on a three-year deal, and this time the move worked out. Over four seasons there he became a regular, making 71 league appearances and scoring four goals.
In June 2025 he made another free move, this time to Aalesund, signing through to the end of 2027. The switch paid off almost immediately: by August he had made eight appearances and scored twice, and was part of the Aalesund side that won promotion to the Eliteserien through the 2025 First Division play-offs.
Ørsahl has yet to be capped by Norway at any level, senior or youth, though he did feature in the UEFA Youth League with Molde's U19 side during the 2018–19 season. Every transfer of his career to date, from Molde to Raufoss to Aalesund, has gone through without a fee changing hands.
