About the player
Johannes Engvall came through Azalea BK before moving into the youth system at Qviding FIF, joining their under-19 side in 2022. Six months later he switched to BK Häcken's under-19 team.
Häcken promoted Engvall to the first-team squad in January 2025 and handed him his first professional contract. On the same day, the club sent him out on loan to Norrby IF for the rest of the year. He returned to Häcken in January 2026, only to be loaned straight back to Norrby, this time with the agreement running to the end of 2026.
