About the player
Luis Palma was born in La Ceiba, Honduras, and made his name at C.D.S. Vida, where he spent five seasons from 2017 and scored 23 goals in 70 league appearances.
His move abroad took him to Scotland in August 2023, when he signed for Celtic . Over three seasons in Glasgow he made 48 appearances and scored 10 goals, seven of them in the Premiership. In 2025 he was sent on loan to Olympiacos in Greece, where he featured 12 times and scored once.
Palma joined Lech Poznan in the summer of 2025, initially on loan. The move was made permanent on 3 June 2026, when the Polish club paid €4 million to sign him outright and tied him to a contract running to 2029. His first season in Poznan left a strong impression: across the loan spell and the start of the permanent deal, he scored 10 goals in 31 league appearances in the Ekstraklasa.
Palma is a Honduras international.
