About the player
Mingiyan Beveev is the first player from Kalmykia to appear for the Russia national team. His debut came on 10 October 2025 in a friendly against Iran, which Russia won 2:1. He replaced Viktor Melekhin in the 87th minute. By the middle of 2026 he had nine caps and one goal.
The goal came on 9 June 2026 in a 3:0 friendly win over Trinidad and Tobago at the Kaliningrad stadium.
His route was a long one. Volgar held his rights from 2015, but he spent much of that time out on loan. At MITOS in 2015–16 he played 22 matches and scored eight goals. At Nosta in 2017 he added two goals in eight games, then signed there permanently and scored twice more in 15 appearances.
Ural brought him to Yekaterinburg in December 2017. He was sent to the reserve side, Ural-2, for 2018–19, where he played 31 matches and scored three goals. A loan to KAMAZ followed, and there he played 46 matches. After a short spell at Enisey, in which he played 11 matches without scoring, he returned to Ural in 2022. He played 68 matches for the club and scored three goals before leaving in 2025.
On 15 June 2025 he signed for Baltika on a contract running to 30 June 2027. By July 2026 he had played 29 matches for the club and scored twice.
