Nikita Neskoromenny

Nikita Neskoromenny came through Borisov's DYUSSh-2 academy before joining the BATE Borisov youth structure in 2023, and his path to the first team ran through the reserve side rather than a loan elsewhere. He made 23 appearances for BATE-2 in the Pershaya Liga in 2024 and a further 11 in 2025, form that persuaded the club to sign him to a two-year contract in March 2024. He made his senior debut that April, against Torpedo-BelAZ in the Belarusian Premier League, but did not become a fixed starter for the first team until June 2025.

He has stayed loyal to BATE throughout, extending his contract in 2024 and again in 2026 rather than seeking a move elsewhere. His first goal for the senior side came in September 2025 against Slutsk-2024, and he opened his account for the 2026 season with a strike against Baranovichi in April, one that was picked out among the best goals of that round of the league.

The high point of his career so far came in the 2025/26 Belarusian Cup. Neskoromenny played in the quarter-final against Torpedo-BelAZ and started the final against Dinamo Minsk in May 2026, which BATE won on penalties after the tie finished level. He missed his own spot-kick in the shootout, but the team took the trophy regardless.

On the international stage, Neskoromenny has moved up steadily through Belarus's youth ranks, from three caps at under-15 level in 2019 to a call-up to the under-19s in 2023. His first call-up to the under-21 side came in May 2026, and he made his debut for that team the following month in a friendly win over Kazakhstan, going on to add a second appearance against the same opposition.
