Jens Patrik Wålemark

Wålemark's move to Poznań in January 2025 broke the Ekstraklasa transfer record, matching the fee Lech paid for Ali Gholizadeh in 2023. The Swedish winger had spent three years at Feyenoord, including a loan spell at Heerenveen, before the Polish club made the deal permanent for roughly €1.8 million.

He started out at Banerydds SK before moving into Qviding FIF's academy, making his senior debut there in 2018. Two seasons in Sweden's lower divisions brought 20 goals in 47 matches, form that took him to BK Häcken, where he added 12 goals in 50 Allsvenskan appearances between 2020 and 2021. That run earned him a switch to Feyenoord in January 2022, and he was part of the squad that won the Dutch title in 2022/23, though his own game time was limited to 27 appearances and three goals.

A loan at Heerenveen in 2023/24 was interrupted by a thigh injury, and health problems continued to disrupt his start in Poznań, restricting him to a supporting role early in the 2024/25 season. He worked his way back into the side and turned that campaign around with a hat-trick against Korona Kielce on 29 September 2024, scoring all three goals as Lech came from behind to win 3-2. He finished that season with eight goals in 22 appearances.

Since then he has become a regular presence in Lech's attack, wearing the number 10 shirt and playing primarily as an attacking winger. He has been part of Lech Poznań squads that won the Ekstraklasa title and the Polish Super Cup. Across his league career to date he has made 187 appearances and scored 48 goals. A reported ligament injury flagged on FotMob in July 2026 turned out to be inaccurate, as he continued to feature for the club.
