About the player
That detour lasted a single year before Lorient picked him up for their reserve side in 2020.
That move came in June 2022, when Labonne joined Nîmes as a free agent. He spent three seasons there, before leaving in the summer of 2025 for Caen, then playing in France's third tier. He featured for Caen through the 2025/26 season before his transfer to FCSB was confirmed in June 2026, with the move formally registered on 1 July.
Off the club circuit, Labonne has represented Martinique at international level, appearing six times for the national team without scoring. Four of those caps came at the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
