Semi Belkahia

Semi Belkahia came through Bayern Munich's academy before a spell at 1899 Hoffenheim, but it was at VfR Garching that his senior career actually began, with 25 appearances and three goals. The move that shaped him came in 2018, when he joined 1860 Munich on a free transfer. He became a regular at centre-back, making 73 appearances and scoring five goals, though the spell was interrupted by two serious injuries: an anterior cruciate ligament tear suffered against Fortuna Köln in May 2019 that ended his season early, and a lateral ankle ligament tear in July 2021.

In June 2023 Belkahia left Munich for Arminia Bielefeld on another free transfer. He won the Westphalia Cup twice during his time there, and was part of the squad crowned champions of the 3. Liga in the 2024–25 season, though his own involvement in that title-winning campaign was limited to two appearances, one in the league and one in the DFB-Pokal.

His contract at Bielefeld expired in the summer of 2025, and in September he signed for TSV Havelse on a free transfer. He has settled quickly into the side, starting regularly at the back and contributing going forward, with 31 league appearances and three goals recorded in the 2025–26 season.

Born in Munich to a family of Tunisian descent, Belkahia holds dual German and Tunisian citizenship, standing 193 cm tall as a right-footed centre-back capable of playing with either foot. Despite that dual eligibility, he has not represented either country's senior national team.
