About the player

Slončík came through Zlín's academy, joining as an eleven-year-old before making his first-team debut against Sparta in February 2023.

Viktoria Plzeň signed him in June 2024 on a four-year contract, but he made only 16 league appearances for the club, scoring twice. Hradec Králové made the move permanent in June 2026, paying a fee of around €2 million — a club record for Hradec Králové.

Slončík has represented Czech youth sides at under-19, under-20 and under-21 level. He has yet to be called up to the full national team. He plays with his right foot and wears the number 19 shirt at Hradec Králové.
