About the player
Vukašin Jovanović's first taste of senior football came a division below Belgrade's biggest stage, and away from the club that raised him. A product of the FK Partizan youth academy and part of its 'class of 2007', he was sent on loan to FK Jedinstvo Ub in the Serbian First League for the 2024–2025 season. He did not go there to sit and watch: he was the first-choice goalkeeper and made 20 appearances across the campaign.
That run of games settled the question of where he would play next. In August 2025 he moved permanently to FK Mačva Šabac in the Serbian SuperLiga.
Serbia have used him through the youth ranks — the under-17, under-18 and under-19 sides — and he took part in the UEFA European Under-19 Championship. A senior cap has not yet followed, and there are no senior club honours on his record.
