About the player
Xander Blomme came through Club Brugge's academy but never made it into the first team, spending his formative seasons instead with the feeder side Club NXT, where he made 22 appearances in 2020/21 without finding the net. He left for Go Ahead Eagles in the Netherlands in February 2022.
In Deventer, he made 8 Eredivisie appearances and scored a goal in his first season, followed by 12 league matches the next year. In August 2024, he went on loan to Excelsior, where he featured mostly from the bench, starting just twice in 9 appearances.
In January 2026, Go Ahead Eagles sent him out on loan again, this time to FC Eindhoven, where he made 15 Eerste Divisie appearances in the second half of the season without scoring.
At international level, Blomme's involvement has been limited to Belgium's under-15 side, where he played three matches. He has not been called up to a senior national team.
