About the player
Yiandro Raap was born and raised in the Netherlands, in Hook of Holland.
Raap made his step into senior football with Jong PSV, the club's reserve side in the Eerste Divisie, debuting against FC Eindhoven in October 2023. Over the following seasons he made 28 league appearances without scoring. In 2025/26 he was also included in PSV's Champions League squad, though he did not play.
His path with Venezuela's youth teams has run in parallel. He was capped seven times for the under-17s in 2023, scoring once, in a friendly against Japan. He went on to represent the under-20 side across 2023 to 2025, and was also called up for the under-23s that year for the tournament in Le Touquet, where he played once, against Morocco. A first appearance for the senior Venezuela side has not yet come.
In March 2026, with his PSV contract set to run out that summer, Raap and the club agreed to end their arrangement early.
