Chojniczanka Chojnice

The club came out of a group of local men who put their names to it on 10 March 1930, among them Stanisław Karczewski, who then became its first president. The club was closed during the war and opened again in 1945 under the same name. In March 1950, the club was moved into the Budowlani union and made to answer to KS Budowlani Chojnice. That lasted until January 1957, when the members themselves demanded the old name back and got it, and the club absorbed Sparta, the side attached to the town meat plant.

Home is the Stadion Miejski Chojniczanka 1930, 3,500 seats.

The best the senior side has managed nationally is third place in II liga in 2017/18. Two decades earlier the juniors had gone further: winners of the Puchar Polski juniorów in 1968, beating Junak Włocławek 1:0 in the final, and again in 1969. No Polish Cup at senior level, no championship, no Ekstraklasa.
